Come spend a long, summer-weekend in Maine!
Enjoy gorgeous, rocky coastline; taste from Portland’s awarded food scene; and listen, learn, and connect with insightful people in the startup and entrepreneurial community. Just as last year, we’ve made the cost to attend more affordable, and we’ve packed some pretty awesome content into just three days: Wednesday June 19th, to Friday June 21st, 2019. We understand what time and money mean to fast-moving businesses, and promise that the information, inspiration, and connections you’ll gain from the conference will be well worth the investment.
A ticket to Startup Maine is $48. This all-access pass includes entry to all programming events, including core sessions, workshops, mixpos, and keynotes, as well as some evening and affiliated events. Scholarships and volunteer positions are available, email email@example.com.
Startup Maine takes place in downtown Portland, Maine, less than 100 miles north of Boston. Daytime events will take place at Maine College of Art (MECA), 522 Congress St, Portland, ME 04101. Social events and affiliate events take place throughout the city. Portland is compact and highly walkable. Uber, Lyft and local cab service is available.
Portland’s PWM airport provides quick and convenient access to SUM2019. Or, you may fly into Boston’s Logan airport and take a Concord Coach Line bus to Portland. Concord Coach Lines offers regular service to Portland from Boston, New York, Bangor and other locations in the northeast. There is service to and from Logan airport nearly every hour, and the trip takes about two hours. The Concord Coach Lines buses offer free Wi-Fi. See the Concord Coach Lines Bus Schedule.

All core sessions, workshops and keynotes will be held at MECA, located at 522 Congress St., Portland, Maine.
- Wednesday: Badges will be available at Aura on Thursday at the opening event, starting at 4:30pm.
- Thursday: If you missed Thursday’s events, you can pick-up your badge at MECA in the main lobby, starting at 7am.
- Friday: If you’re just joining us, you can pick-up your badge at at MECA in the main lobby, starting at 8am.
Parking: There is local on-street parking available and garages within a short walk of MECA. More details to be provided.
Breakfast: We will have some quick and easy breakfast options (ie. bagels and coffee) available for attendees.
Lunch: Stay tuned for some exciting lunch options! This is a top-rated foodie city, after all!
Snacks: The MECA cafe will also be open throughout the day for snacks to be purchased.
