Andrew supports communities around the country in targeting underutilized resources as a platform for community resilience and civic innovation. He serves Pioneer for the nationally distinguished economic development firm Fourth Economy Consulting where he is currently leading the development of a statewide strategy for investing in smart and connected infrastructure. He also serves as Adjunct Faculty at Carnegie Mellon University where in he evaluating where and how to to adapt and transform US Postal Service assets to increase community resilience. He is a Commissioner for The City of Portland Landbank, and supports air quality monitoring – picnics in parks – and small humans building big sand castles.
