After graduating with an MBA from the University of Amsterdam, Irene worked in Sales for 6 years at
Resource Trading Company, a shrimp and lobster processing and exporting company, in Portland Maine.
The next 11 years Irene spent in the Trade Show industry as Account Executive, Event Director and Business
Unit Manager. From 2013 until 2018 Irene was responsible for launching the successful UK retail brand The
Saucy Fish CO. in the United States. In 2018 Irene joined Bristol Seafood in Portland Maine where is she
holds the position of VP of Marketing.
