Companies gain an x factor of engagement and results in the marketplace when there is coherence inside and outside of the company. This has to be co-created.
In this workshop, we will look at vision, strategy, structure, goals, roles and people to check for alignment and uniqueness to the company. We will explore how to create a culture that fits the needs of the business and the wants of its people and what is unique to each. We will discuss entrepreneurial and “intra-preneur” anxiety, exhaustion and exhilaration. There will be time for questions from participants about the one thing they want to understand before they leave the workshop.
