About the speakers:
Emily Braley joined MTI in 2022 as the Coordinator for the Maine Entrepreneurial Resource Corps (MERC) program, where she connects entrepreneurs with consulting services to support their growth. Her role involves facilitating matches between startups and specialized consultants to address a range of business needs.
As a MERC Consultant, Seabren creates and consults on Financial models and forecasts (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, etc.), project and staffing investment, valuation, and multiples-based exit strategy.He’s analyzed hundreds of business plans and financial models leading to millions of dollars in funding awarded as a member of MTI’s IT Tech Review Board, Director of the Libra Future Fund, and Private Equity consultant, as well as coaches and consults students and Alumni of Babson College, where he earned his MBA in Entrepreneurship.He holds various Utility Patents & trademarks, won a few MTI grants and business plan competitions, enjoys coaching his two son’s baseball teams and business ideas, geeks out on vintage (1900-1950s) baseball cards and history, and resides in Brunswick with his sons and wife Whitney.
