When you are a startup or small business (or even a large organization), things can move very fast, and despite our best intentions, we can lose our connection with the people we are trying to design for: our customers and even our employees. In this workshop, you’ll learn scrappy techniques to learn, foster understanding, and test ideas in a more people-centric way.
Specifically, we’ll explore:
Scrappy ways to gather insights into user pain points, needs and opportunities
The power of visual tools like sketches, journey maps and storyboards to build shared understanding and strategy
Simple ways to develop and test minimum viable prototypes, for everything from physical products to services
