Tom Kittredge
Tom Kittredge is a Senior Investment Officer at the Maine Technology Institute (MTI), where he supports innovators and entrepreneurs across the state. Tom has an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York. During his time in Barcelona, Tom was named by Poets & Quants in 2019 in its list of the 100 Best and Brightest MBAs. In Barcelona, Tom organized two major conferences on entrepreneurship and sustainable business – TechStars Startup Weekend and the DGDW Responsible Business conference.
Tom is the leader of Maine Accelerates Growth – a network of organizations and individuals committed to building an inclusive ecosystem to support innovators and businesses to scale in Maine and beyond.
In addition to serving as the chair for Startup Maine, Tom is the chair of The New School in Kennebunk, and a board member at Maine Conservation Voters and the Conservation Law Foundation. He is a graduate of of Leadership Portland and the Natural Resource Council of Maine Rising’s leadership team. Tom grew up along the coast of Maine, and in his free time can still be sea kayaking, sailing, backpacking, and getting lost in the Maine woods.
